By hiring or communicating with Streamers Studio, you agree to the following terms. These terms govern all services provided, including video editing, graphic design, and related creative work.
1. Services
We offer project-based services including but not limited to video editing, motion graphics, thumbnails, branding visuals, and more. All work is tailored to each client’s needs and initiated only after clear discussion and confirmation.
2. Pricing & Payments
All projects are custom quoted based on the client’s requirements, complexity, and deadlines.
For new clients, 50% advance payment is required before starting. The remaining 50% is paid upon completion.
Returning clients may be offered flexible payment terms.
Accepted payment methods: Local Bank Transfer, PayPal, Wise, Payoneer, Fiverr, and Upwork.
No automatic billing or subscriptions are involved.
3. Project Process
Clients must provide all necessary materials (e.g., files, references, instructions) before work begins.
Clear communication is essential to avoid delays.
All timelines are approximate and depend on client responsiveness and project scope.
4. Revisions
We offer a limited number of reasonable revisions per project.
Major changes or complete redesigns after final delivery may incur additional charges.
Revision terms are discussed at the time of agreement.
5. Ownership & Usage
Final files are transferred after full payment.
Clients receive full rights to use the delivered content as they wish.
Unless explicitly requested otherwise, Streamers Studio may showcase selected work in its portfolio or promotional content.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations must be made before the project starts.
Refund eligibility is outlined in our Refund Policy.
Once work has begun, partial refunds may be offered only under specific conditions.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
Loss of data or damage caused by client misuse of final files
Delays caused by third-party platforms or client-side issues
Misinterpretation of unclear instructions
8. Platform-Specific Orders
If services are ordered via Upwork, Fiverr, or similar platforms, their terms and dispute policies override these.
9. Agreement
By proceeding with any project, you confirm that you understand and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
