Refund Policy

At Streamers Studio, each project is custom-built to client needs. To ensure a fair process for both parties, the following refund terms apply.

Payment Terms

  • For new clients (first 3 projects), we require 50% upfront before starting.

  • The remaining 50% is due after project completion and delivery.

  • For returning clients, full payment may be collected after work, based on mutual trust and agreement.

When Refunds Are Considered

Refunds may be issued only under these conditions:

  • The client cancels before any work has begun

  • The delivered result is completely different from the agreed brief and remains unresolved even after revisions

Refunds Will Not Be Issued If:

  • Work has already started and the initial payment was made

  • Delay or lack of delivery was caused by missing input or unresponsiveness from the client

  • The client changes their mind mid-project

  • Dissatisfaction is based on subjective preferences after we’ve already provided revisions

  • The project was ordered through third-party platforms (e.g., Fiverr, Upwork) — their refund policies apply in those cases

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us via the same platform used for booking (e.g., WhatsApp, email, Fiverr, Upwork) with the following details:

  • Full name

  • Project name or brief

  • Reason for the refund request

We will respond within 3 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days through the original payment method.
