Refund Policy
At Streamers Studio, each project is custom-built to client needs. To ensure a fair process for both parties, the following refund terms apply.
Payment Terms
For new clients (first 3 projects), we require 50% upfront before starting.
The remaining 50% is due after project completion and delivery.
For returning clients, full payment may be collected after work, based on mutual trust and agreement.
When Refunds Are Considered
Refunds may be issued only under these conditions:
The client cancels before any work has begun
The delivered result is completely different from the agreed brief and remains unresolved even after revisions
Refunds Will Not Be Issued If:
Work has already started and the initial payment was made
Delay or lack of delivery was caused by missing input or unresponsiveness from the client
The client changes their mind mid-project
Dissatisfaction is based on subjective preferences after we’ve already provided revisions
The project was ordered through third-party platforms (e.g., Fiverr, Upwork) — their refund policies apply in those cases
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us via the same platform used for booking (e.g., WhatsApp, email, Fiverr, Upwork) with the following details:
Full name
Project name or brief
Reason for the refund request
We will respond within 3 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days through the original payment method.
